What amenities are included at Greenbriar Apartments?

Amenities at Greenbriar Apartments includes: saltwater pool, access to either Hudson ISD or Lufkin ISD, on-site laundry center, pet stations, and a lighted parking lot. Additionally, residents are privy to onsite management and maintenance staffs that are here to help you anytime you need! On-site, off-leash dog park and on-site walking trail!

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. If rent is not received in full by 8:30 a.m. on the 4th day of each month, late fees will apply (see your Property Manager for details).

How do I pay my rent?

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal checks. We do not accept cash at any time.

Do you allow pets?

We welcome pets and are proud to offer no weight restrictions. However, we do enforce the usual breed restrictions; for information on breed restrictions, please contact our leasing office. We charge a $500.00/pet fee that is non-refundable and a pet rent of $10.00 per month. Pet fees and deposit are charged for each pet. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Residents are also required to sign a Pet Addendum and provide proof of current vaccination records and a photo of the pet for our records.

Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft, or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?

Greenbriar Apartments’ insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We require getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.

What if I need to break my lease?

If you find that you cannot fulfill the lease that you signed, you will need to speak to the Property Manager to determine the total costs associated with the breaking of your lease.

What if I need maintenance in my apartment home?

If you need maintenance to visit your apartment, simply fill out a maintenance request form via this website. You can also call, email, or stop by the front office. Please note: maintenance requests submitted via any other form than the above-stated may experience a delay in service.

How do I receive mail and packages?

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox located on Greenbriar Apartments’ property.

What type of parking is available at Greenbriar Apartments?

Greenbriar Apartments offers ample parking spaces for our residents. However, parking is on a first come, first serve basis for our residents only.

Is my security deposit fully refundable?

Your deposit is fully refundable as long as all terms and conditions of the lease are satisfied, proper written notice has been given, all accounts are paid in full, and your apartment is left in good condition with no damages aside from general wear and tear.

How long is the term of my lease?

Greenbriar Apartments offers 6- to 13-month lease terms. The term of your lease can be found in your lease agreement.

What is your Policy on Smoking?

We are a non-smoking community.
